Introduction
You receive notifications about changes in status of your requests, reminders to do your tasks etc. It is possible to unsubscribe from some type of notifications, and then restore the previous settings, too. Once you unsubscribe from a certain notification, similar notifications will not be sent to you.
Users are allowed to receive and manage their own notifications based on their individual setup of TULIP.
Frequently asked questions
I did not receive any e-mail notification.
If you are not receiving notifications and you also do not see the possibility to restore sending those notifications:
- It might mean that the notification was not agreed to be sent / is blocked for your whole company.
- The notifications are ending up in your Spam (Junk) folder in your e-mail inbox.
- You do not have the access rights to this action.
Please contact your HR department to clarify or request additional access.
Steps
Step 1 – My Profile

Go to My Profile tile.
Step 2 – Restore sending

Scroll down at the very bottom of a page.
Click Restore sending.
If there is more than one type of e-mails, you can also click Restore all sending button at the bottom.
Step 3 – E-mail notification

Check your e-mails.
Step 4 – Spam

If you are still not receiving notifications, check your Spam inbox too.
It can happen if you use a public mail service like gmail.com, zoznam.sk, centrum.sk, it may be filtered out by spam filter services.
